The Fife Arms Set of 2 Leaping Hare Plates
The magnificent mountain hare (lepus timidus) is native to the Scottish Highlands. It lives in upland areas and is most common on heathland where it shelters in ‘forms’ – shallow scrapes in heather or earth. When disturbed, it will bound across the hillsides, using its strong hind legs to propel it, often in a zigzag pattern.
A symbol of life and spring, and the precursor to the Easter Bunny, the hare is a fitting guest at the Easter table. These bone china plates – crafted in Stoke-on-Trent, the heart of the UK’s pottery industry, by Royal Warrant holders Halcyon Days – will have them leaping around your table adding charm and humour to the party.

Returns & Exchanges
Important information
If on receipt of your product you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us no later than 28 days from the date you receive it and provided the item is in saleable condition, we will refund or exchange the item(s), excluding any delivery charges.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from our online shop and shall be made in accordance with our Online Shop Terms of Use.
Return shipping will be charged at standard shipping rates based on your shipping location.
Making a return

On receipt of your returns request, we will email you a returns label to attach to the packaged item(s).If you would like to arrange a return via home collection or a collection point drop off, please inform us when you submit your returns request and we can help organise this with you.
When returning items to The Fife Arms, please ensure that they are well packaged and protected from damage in transit, within the original packaging.
You are responsible for each item until we receive it.
All items will be inspected upon return.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will arrange a refund, excluding any shipping costs, which will be paid in accordance with our Online Shop Terms.

Andy Lovell
Artist, illustrator and printmaker Andy Lovell studied at the Liverpool School of Art and Design. He is inspired by nature – trees, hills and coastlines in particular – and is appreciated for his gestural interpretations of the natural world. Andy is represented in galleries across the UK and his illustrations have appeared in numerous national and international publications.
Halcyon Days
Royal Warrant holder Halcyon Days was established in 1950 as an emporium of antique gifts in Mayfair, London. Its first focus was on reviving the artisan craft of enamelling on copper but as the company grew, so too did its scope. They began to produce ranges of fine bone china, all crafted by hand in artisanal workshops in the West Midlands, the heart of the British pottery industry.
